Product Description

    WST-DCL series DC flat wave reactor is used in the rectifier circuit to eliminate the ripple 
ripple after rectification. This ripple is often harmful and needs to be suppressed by the flat 
wave reactor to suppress the influence of the intermediate frequency power component on 
the power frequency network and limit the short-circuit current and filtering effect. The flat-
wave reactor is mainly used to improve the quality and power factor of power grid in the circuit.

Specifications

1. WST-DCL series dc flat wave reactor are iron core two column frame structure, and by a 
     number of iron core cake stacked, epoxy resin is firmly poured, and there is insulation 
     board isolation, do not let the magnetic saturation of iron core, iron yoke is square yoke, 
     after assembly, rely on the tension screw pressed up and down, to reduce noise. 
2. The coil is made of copper foil winding, wrapped with good insulation materials and 
     insulation impregnation treatment. 
3. The upper and lower ends of the coil are made of epoxy pad and silicone rubber shockproof 
     pad, which can effectively reduce the vibration of the coil during operation. 
4. WST-DCL series flat wave reactor compact structure, small volume, dry self-cooling, F class, 
     H class two insulation grade.
