    Dry core series reactor is suitable for ac 50Hz, rated working voltage 6-35kV power system,
dry core series reactor is an important auxiliary equipment of reactive power compensation 
device in power system. In capacitive reactive compensation capacitor, often by harmonic 
current, closing the influence of inrush current and operating over-voltage, which reduces the 
damage of capacitance and power factor, therefore need in front-end reactor with series 
capacitor, to suppress and absorb harmonic,protection of capacitor, to avoid a few impulse 
voltage current harmonic voltage current impact, improve power quality, improve system 
power factor Extend the service life of the capacitor.

Function Features

1. The product is divided into three phases, iron core dry type; 
2. The iron core is made of fine cold rolled silicon steel sheet, which is punched and cut by 
     high speed punch, with small burrs,uniform rules, neat and beautiful lamination, ensuring 
     the performance of low temperature rise and low noise of reactor operation; 
3. The coil is made of excellent insulated wire, wound by special machine, with the advantages 
     of good flatness and beautiful appearance;
4. The reactor in the process of assembly, all is through anticorrosive processing, key clip with 
     no magnetic material, and the preliminary drying and vacuum leaching paint a thermal drying 
     curing this process, so that reactor coil and iron core solid become an organic whole, greatly 
     reduces the run-time temperature rise and noise, effectively improve the quality factor of the 
     reactor and reduce the effect of the harmonic.

Working environment

1. The altitude shall not exceed 2000m; 
2. Operating ambient temperature -25 ºC to +45 ºC, relative temperature does not exceed 90% : 
3. There is no harmful gas and inflammable and explosive articles around; 
4. The surrounding environment should have good ventilation conditions. If installed in the 
     cabinet, ventilation equipment should be added.
